Ava

I am Ava: coordinator, manager, mother, and organizer of this event. One day I had a small "what-if" thought and it has grown into the Myths and Mortals LLC. Join me in bringing some fantasy back in your life.

Vendor Management

Jess

I am Jess: my primary role is overseeing the vendors of the event, making sure they are scheduled and have everything they need to shine! I also manage the website and provide support to everyone involved with the event. I’m so happy to see all of you!

Social Media Management

Alex

Alex uses they/them pronouns. They are currently writing a book and has an unhealthy special interest in Greek Mythology, Scream (1996), the MCU and fantasy. Currently, Alex studies Social Justice and they probably listen to too much EPIC: The Musical. Alex is the epitome of a chaos gremlin that lives in the discord server, so feel free to say hi to them!

I am an ambassador for Myths and Mortals. My responsibilities are marketing and providing representation for our wonderful cosplayers. I also dabble in PR and security, but my main role is providing everyone a magical experience

I am the forge god and I wield a mighty hammer. I provide my services in and out of costume by communicating the needs of my fellow cosplayers, engaging in their selection process, and ensuring everyone has a laugh.

Outside of being a Cosplayer, my role for Myths and Mortals is to represent the art of story telling and creative spirit through cosplay and acting. I hope to be an inspiring and encouraging voice to those with willing hearts and open minds. Growth is key in every aspect.

Composer of the Mortals

Arwen Wen

Arwen uses she/her/they pronouns. Arwen is an LA based Composer. She is currently writing a musical about the Trojan War, from the Trojans point of view. Arwen grew up in Taiwan before moving back to the US and she has 3 citizenships.

Lium

Lium is a little shroom with big dreams! Originally born to be the star of his own video game, Lium pivoted to the role of mascot when his creator, Liam, got the chance to develop the Epic video game instead. While Lium adores acting as the digital face of Eldelta, he still holds tightly to the hope that someday he will undergo a grand adventure of his own!
